Sales Executive

Summit Motors Tanzania is seeking energetic Sales Executives to join our team in Arusha. The successful candidates will drive vehicle sales, build customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Prospect and acquire new customers for vehicle sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options

Prepare sales quotations and follow up on leads

Maintain relationships with existing customers

Handle sales documentation and paperwork

Coordinate with the finance and service departments

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Participate in showroom events and promotions

Keep up to date with vehicle models and market trends

Provide excellent after-sales customer service

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably automotive

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Valid driving license required

Good knowledge of the Tanzanian automotive market

Fluency in Swahili and English
